PC USERS -- Right click on the large image and select Set as Wallpaper from the drop down menu. Your wallpaper should change to the new image. This image will be saved in your Windows folder. If you should ever choose another image or background, the original file will be overwritten with the new one, so if you decide to use an image and want to keep it permanently, make sure and give it a new name. MAC USERS -- Apple Key + Click and select Save Image. Save the image to your Pictures folder and use the Desktop Image system preference to select the image.
